Despite thinking he'd thrown it away on the last hole, Fred Leek has at last won a medal at Castlefields and qualified for the Thompson Salver at the end of the season! Many congratulations to Fred.

I am sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but for the medal competition, Darren Jennings is the runner-up and David Bartliff had the best gross (64), but Darren's 59 gross counts for the Thompson Salver!
