Ladies' Cup

Lady members have always been entitled to enter all the competitions that are held each year, but they also compete separately for the Ladies' Cup which was presented by Harry Woodward when he was captain in 1977. Unfortunately, the number of lady players has dwindled over the years, but it is important not to let this competition lapse. The format is a simple 18 hole medal played off full handicap.
We had 4 entries this year, with Karen Bland winning with a nett 52, from runner-up Janet Hardcastle who scored 56.
Karen receives the trophy from the Captain.
I reckon Christine and Janet are laughing at the Captain's Jacket / Shirt / Tie combination, but Karen and Julie are not amused.
