Ladies' Cup
Sunday 3rd July
Lady members have always been entitled to enter all the competitions that are held each year, but they also compete separately for the Ladies' Cup which was presented by Harry Woodward when he was captain in 1977. Unfortunately, the number of lady players has dwindled over the years, but it is important not to let this competition lapse. The format is a simple 18 hole medal played off full handicap.
A scorching day
welcomed the Juniors and Ladies for the respective Trophy and Cup
competitions. With 4 entrants for each competition a
Junior and Lady were paired together for the medal competition played
off full handicap.
Karen Bland retained
the Ladies Cup returning a Gross 90; Handicap 28; Nett 62 - well done
Karen.
