March Stableford - 26th / 27th March
According to the acting Handicap Secretary "the results are pretty poor" this week - so the Competition Scratch Score went up to 51. For the second week in a row, Fred Leek was in contention (having moved up a division), but just lost out to Darren Brown this time. Well done to Darren and to Andrew Dyer who won Division Two comfortably.
The usual reminder at this time of year to check everything before posting your card - Richard Taylor unfortunately forgot to sign his and is disqualified and Andrew Dyer actually put down the wrong handicap but was not disqualified because it penalised rather than benefitted him. However, his new handicap of 23 reflects the score he should have had, i.e. 47 points. Confused - you will be! Any questions to be directed to Mr Badrock.
