Green Fee Vouchers

In an
effort to help you persuade people to join Castlefields, the Committee are
introducing a Green Fee Voucher Scheme on a trial basis. All members will be
given a voucher for the express purpose of offering one possible new member a
free round at Castlefields. If they join, then the proposing member will be
given a new voucher.

The
voucher will be valid for any category of visitor and on any day.
·
Write
the visitor’s and your names in the book as usual.
·
Write
“Voucher” and the number in the book instead of the usual amount.
·
Put
the voucher in an envelope instead of cash.
·
Also
write the voucher number on the envelope with the visitor’s and your names.
·
Give
the envelope to a committee member.
It is in
your interests to respect the intention of the scheme!
However,
the Committee reserve the right to withdraw vouchers or request payment of
green fees where the scheme has been abused.
