Whisky Scramble
Sunday 15th November
Four 6 man teams gathered bright and early on Sunday morning to contest this social competition with a whisky theme.Unfortunately, Richard Starkey failed to turn up, and so is banned from the next 2 events, (although I don't think he has an actual handicap and in any case I can be bribed by the donation of a suitably impressive raffle prize). The Captain, acting quickly and decisively as usual, decided to allow the affected team an extra tee shot - this being balanced by having a much reduced handicap and fewer attempts at each shot. It must have been fair because they finished last anyway.
Apologies to Joe Wood for getting his name wrong on the original sheets and I hope Kieran gave you the correct prize - 3 Calloway balls.
