Our SafeGolf status has been renewed for another year.
Course Open on the main greens
Thanks to Mark Widdup, Peter Thompson and others, the main greens are back in use and look really good.
We are open as usual, but visitors must play with an existing member for health & safety reasons.
We still require members to pre-book before playing recreational golf and competitions.
Competition Guidance has been updated to reflect the changes neccessary following the adoption of the World Handicap System.
Are you fed up with 5 hour rounds - competition rounds here are less than 3!
Join Castlefields, keep your handicap and you'll still be eligible for local Union and/or Rabbits golf - both individual and team competitions.
We have finalised the programme for this year, subject to corrections for errors and omissions.
Officially recognised playing handicaps for everyone!
We are a full member of the Halifax, Huddersfield and District Union of Golf Clubs.
We are also a full member of the Halifax, Huddersfield & District Rabbit Golf Association.
